All products at Sail & Doxie are custom made-to-order just for you. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Estimated delivery is 5–20 business days after dispatch, and you’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way. Because each item is printed individually, we kindly ask that you double-check our size guide before completing your purchase.
Returns & Defective Items
EU & UK customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To start a return, log into your account or email us at sailanddoxie@gmail.com. If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please send us a photo via email and we will gladly make it right!
