Made-to-order products All products at Sail & Doxie are made to order. We do not hold inventory, which means every item is produced specifically for you when you place your order.

EU & UK customers — 14-day right of withdrawal If you are located in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please log in to your account or contact us at sailanddoxie@gmail.com with your order number.

Customers outside the EU (including the US) Due to the custom-printed nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items Regardless of your location, if your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us at sailanddoxie@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Refund processing Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
